As set forth under article No. 53, legislative decree No. 79, 2011 (Italian Code of Tourism), the lease of the apartments is governed exclusively by the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (provisions No. 1751 and following articles) since the lease is entered into to meet the housing needs with touristic private purposes. No turistic services are offered by Landlord in addition to the renting of the apartment; in particular, Landlord does not offer any daily cleening, transportation services, change of bed linen, reception services, breakfast or any other type of meals or drinks.
